As the world continued to navigate the realities of Covid in the subsequent years of her release, “Mountains, Alone” became a staple toe-tapping retreat from quarantines, masks, and chaos.

Trust Me, Honey
Latest Release
New Jersey-born and Wyoming-braised singer-songwriter, Carly King, has released “Trust Me, Honey,” the first single from her debut EP From A to B (out early 2024). The heartfelt and introspective track is a daydream imagining a conversation with her late father who passed away when she was young, during the terror attacks of 9/11. As King moves past her grief, she tells her father all about herself and the life she has built. She then envisions some words of wisdom and life advice from her father with the chorus: “The youth is wasted on the young and tasteless, and no one's gonna remember what you said… and regret lives on. Trust me, Honey. I’m gone.”
